These conditions govern the use of santandrearestaurant.it and the bookings made through it.

Bookings
- Online bookings are handled through the OpenTable platform, whose terms of use apply. A booking is confirmed when you receive confirmation from OpenTable or directly from the restaurant.
- To change or cancel a booking you can use the OpenTable tools or contact us by phone or email.
- If your party size changes, please let us know as early as possible so we can rearrange the dining room.
- Lunch and dinner hours are shown on the “Location & contact” page.
Groups and private dining
Groups and private events are arranged case by case. Any financial conditions, deposits and cancellation terms are communicated in writing before confirmation.
Menu, prices and allergens
- The menu published on the website is indicative: dish availability depends on the season and the market. The prices in force are those displayed in the restaurant.
- Allergen information is available in the restaurant, as required by Regulation (EU) 1169/2011. Please tell us about allergies and intolerances when booking and in any case before ordering.

Texts, photographs, videos and trademarks on this website belong to the restaurant or to those who have licensed their use, and may not be reproduced without written permission.

The website links to third-party services (OpenTable, Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, Instagram, Facebook), each governed by its own terms and notices, over which we have no control.
Governing law
The relationship is governed by Italian law. Consumers retain the protections provided by the Italian Consumer Code, including the courts of their place of residence or domicile.
